The oil is brought directly into the building through pumps into processing tanks within the facility.
Processing Tanks:
Large processing tanks hold millions of pounds of oil with the capability to allocate the material to any of our production lines or tank truck fill areas.
Proprietary formulations and custom blends are duplicated with precision.
Additives, stabilizers, and food chemicals can be added upon request.
Pipes run from the processing tanks to all our production lines where the products are packed, sealed, and coded to ensure Total Quality Management.
Production Lines:
Our EPSI filling line is capable of filling 4 different size bottles, such as, 96 oz, 3 Liter, 1 Gallon, and 5 quart.
This line has a net weight filler which fills within the gram.
Our Retail filling line is capable of filling 3 different size containers, such as, 1 Liter, ½ Liter, and ¼ Liter sizes in glass and PET.
Our Portion control filling station is capable of packing ½ ounce packets.
Machine is gravity filled and packs both oil and vinegar.
Our Food Service line is capable of filling 35 lb. Jug-In-Box, 2/2.5 Gallon, 2/17.5 lb., 35 lb. Pails, 5 Gallon Pails, and 3 Gallon Jug-In-Box.
The line is fully automated and uses a ratio flow filler

1 filling station for organic oils, which is completely segregated from all conventional product pipes, tanks, meters, and manifolds to ensure organic integrity.
Capacity to fill 425 lb drums and 2118 lb totes.

Bulk Tank Operation:
Operate and own seven 50,000 lb. tank wagons, which deliver oil throughout the northeast region of the country on a daily basis.
Tanks are loaded directly out of the processing tanks and can accommodate any blend.
The facility has an industrial scale and product can be delivered to the exact pound of oil ordered.
Warehouse and Logistics:
Racking system utilizes every square foot of the warehouse.
An automated inventory system is used to produce accurate up to the minute results on inventory and can locate the item by row number within the warehouse.
Multiple tractors and trailers are owned to deliver our products efficiently throughout the northeast region of the country.
We also source out deliveries using outside truckers to distribute our products throughout North America.
