We use our years of experience to source the finest oils available from around the world and have an ongoing quality improvement program that by far exceeds industry standards. From bulk oil storage, to packaging and delivery, our Quality Assurance department traces, monitors, and analyzes all oils to ensure superior quality.

Catania-Spagna has a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Total Quality Management (TQM) program in place to help ensure that we deliver only the highest quality products on a consistent basis. Each product is assigned a unique lot number where our Quality Assurance department has the ability to determine the day, time, and shift it was packed.
