The Marconi brand has signified the highest of quality when it
comes to the company product line. Marconi Extra Virgin Olive
Oil is sourced from only the finest olives from Spain, Italy or
Greece. The companys newest product line, Herb Infused Oils,
is also branded under the Marconi logo. Whether its Garlic,
Basil, Rosemary or Oregano oil, the infusion process at Catania
is tops in the industry, delivering the rich herbal character

The Sicilia brand was created back in the 1990s when 100%
Olive Oil was very expensive. The company wanted to offer the food
service industry an alternative to the high prices and created an
Extra Virgin Olive Oil blended with Canola Oil under the Sicilia
brand. Restaurant chefs can enjoy a rich olive oil flavor and buy
it at an affordable price. Today, Sicilia 25% Extra Virgin Blend
and 10% Extra Virgin Blended Oils are sold to food service operators

The Atlantic Organic brand was introduced in early 2000, as the
company developed its new organic oil product line for the Food
Service, Retail and Industrial Divisions. In 2005, Catania will
be introducing new Organic products such as Organic Extra Virgin
